Register with CTOM
In order to register with Connecticut Odyssey of the Mind (CTOM) the team first needs a membership with CCI. Once they have their Membership name and number the Coach can register the team with CTOM by mid/late December using the REGISTRATION FORMS. At this time the coach selects the teams' problem and division. It is at this point that the Coach will sign up to provide:
a. a JUDGE- who MUST attend a day of Judge Training plus a full day at the Tournament in March. Please NOTE: Judges will NOT be able to view their teams' performance at the State Tournament and NEED to know this in advance.
b. a VOLUNTEER- who MUST work at the Tournament for ½ day- runners, door monitors, assisting with parking, etc. The Volunteer will be able to view the teams' performance, and,
c. $35. per student (mid-December) $40. per student (early January).
Coaches, please have the Judge's and Volunteer's accurate addresses AND EMAILS, handy for this, as well as their preferences- TECHNICAL, PERFORMANCE, SPONTANEOUS and SCORING positions. We do try to keep our Judges happy, by placing them in the area they prefer, when we can!
